We want you to be delighted with your purchase from the Official Harry Potter Shop UK, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and include all tags to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the magical items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label via the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized Royal Mail location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected your return at the Ministry warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
